​Dr Jigisha Chaudhary MD, FAAP

Dr. Jigisha Chaudhary, MD is a board-certified pediatrician and the owner of Colonia Pediatrics in Colonia, New Jersey. She earned her medical degree from Mumbai University, Sion / K. J. Somaiya Medical College, and is affiliated with Raritan Bay Medical Center.
Dr. Chaudhary is passionate about providing compassionate, family-centered pediatric care. She specializes in wellness monitoring, developmental screening, and managing a wide range of child health concerns. With an emphasis on early detection and early intervention, she partners with families to address medical and developmental needs while promoting long-term well-being.
As the founder of her own thriving practice, Dr. Chaudhary brings deep clinical expertise and a commitment to building strong, lasting relationships with families in her community.
Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, and is an avid hiker.
​Sonal Agarwal MS, RD

Sonal is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about working with individuals, families and children find balance in eating with an integrative approach. Sonal has a Master's in Nutrition Education from Columbia University, with extensive experience working at top hospitals and community programs. She specializes in GI, renal and endocrine disorders, feeding/behavioral difficulties, weight management and eating disorders. She brings in-depth knowledge and research-based diet solutions for various disease states while providing individualized counseling.

Sonal is founder of Primary Nutrition Associates LLC, a lecturer at Rutgers University and mom of two super curious kids. She enjoys running, cooking, eating, and sharing cool science facts and discussing Greek mythology with her children
